The Diana Award: ‘Silent Mode’

This idea tapped into an uncomfortable truth — while almost every parent has their kids on their lockscreen, many aren’t aware their kids are being bullied.

'Silent Mode' notifications blocking mouths became a striking representation of young people feeling unable to speak out, shot on iPhone like real parents’ pics.

With pro bono media space and zero spend, it caught the attention of thousands of parents to drive them to learn the signs of bullying, and landed a 4-minute feature on BBC News.
